It really is this simple. [OS] was designed with efficiency in mind. Everyone is busy, and the last thing you want to do is manage your digital strategy while trying to focus on your product or service.

So we took the pain out of the process by making it as streamlined as possible.


Based on the size of your company, church or organization, choose the plan that works for you.


Work with us to determine the best way forward. Are we building a website? Are we managing one you already have?


Start working. We'll either get that site built, or we'll help you take care of the one you already own.

STEP 1 | Pick a Plan
Picking the plan that’s right for you should be pretty straightforward – especially if you’re the one currently keeping your web strategy moving. Think about it in terms of hours – how long is it taking you each week to make these changes/edits? We might be a little bit faster, but at the end of the day – it still takes time to edit web pages.
If you don’t have a website, or are looking to take your digital strategy to the next level, you might not know how much time is involved each week. But we can help you figure that out.
Once you’ve selected a plan, we will shoot you an invoice with a link to an online payment platform. We encourage you to sign up for the recurring billing option so you can set it and forget it.

STEP 2 | Setup
Once you have a plan, you enter the setup stage. We determine the scope of work. Are we building a website? Are we simply completing weekly tasks for you? Are we helping with your digital strategy? Or is it a combination of all three?
Once we know this, we hit the ground running. For some, this setup process is one-and-done. They are happy with their digital strategy and just want someone to do the weekly stuff for them. Others will start with one thing, and then adjust each month based on priorities.

STEP 3 | Tell Us What to Do!
This is where it gets fun. Once the scope of work is defined and we're ready to go - we simply go. Each week we make the changes you requested - until you tell us you no longer need the help.
You can also adjust on the fly - removing some tasks and adding others.
And consulting/strategy come standard. Any time you have a question - just shoot it over and we will do our best to get you the industry standard answer.

So how do you submit your changes? [OS] meets you where you already are. We can use Trello, Asana, Google Docs, or plain old email if that works best. Once a system is in place, simply submit requests and they will be updated on the website.
